THE POTTERS WHEEL FOUNDATION RUNS TWO MAJOR PROGRAMS IN THEIR FREE VOCATIONAL AND ENTREPRENEURIAL TRAINING.

 **SHORT TERM*: THESE INCLUDE SKILLS THAT CAN BE LEARNED BETWEEN THE SPACE OF ONE DAY TO THREE (3) MONTHS.

**LONG TERM*:

THESE INCLUDE SKILLS OR VOCATIONS THAT CAN BE ACQUIRED WITHIN THE SPACE OF ONE DAY TO SIX(6) MONTHS, ONE DAY TO ONE YEAR(12) MONTHS, AND ONE DAY TO ONE YEAR AND A HALF(18) MONTHS.

We are open to partnerships with individuals, government agencies, and other organizations to carry out these short-term and long-term training in different locations.

*IMPACT*

The reported outcome of our skill acquisition program is overwhelming as what we do is not just mere teaching. We produce results in the lives of people who are willing to be an instrument of change, in order to impact their own lives, families, and communities positively. The effect of this positive change, will over time be clearly noticed in our society as the affected youths, relinquishes their involvement with crime and other vices, to gainfully involve themselves in contributing positively and in being useful to society.

*OUR MONITORING AND EVALUATION STRATEGY*

It is discovered that the major challenge to developmental growth in developing nations is the lack of maintenance culture.  The Potters Wheel Foundation has a mechanism through which we monitor and evaluate, so as to know the exact positions of our beneficiaries’ affairs. This helps us to determine the next level of action to be applied which includes encouragement, professional advice, more materials, and financial support.

 *REPORTING SYSTEM*

On this aspect of reporting, we use the following avenue to checkmate our activities at every point in time so as to monitor and know the true position of the foundation and our trainees firsthand, whenever it’s needed.

AFTER EVERY BATCH OF TRAINING, BENEFICIARIES DO HAVE A GRADUATION CEREMONY WHERE THEY ARE ALSO GIVEN CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION.
